The Liptrot Bothers: Sweaty Yet Determined! (Left: Mike, Right: Chris)

Hi, my name is Chris Liptrot. On May 18th, my brother Mike and I will embark on our lifetime goal of running 50 races in all 50 states by running our first marathon in the great state of Vermont. On our journey we plan to raise as much awareness and support for the lucky animals at Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary as possible.

Each year in the US 9 billion animals are forced to suffer in factory farms. Factory farms force animals to lead miserable lives in severely cramped living conditions, never feeling the sun on their backs or grass under their feet. At Woodstock, animals lead happy, healthy lives, while running, pecking and rooting under the care of the compassionate staff. We think these are lives worth fighting for and this is why we are asking you to join us in helping the Woodstock team continue their amazing work. We would be thrilled if you could donate whatever you can afford today and pass this message on to anyone in your life that loves animals. On behalf of me, my brother, and the animals, thank you!
