On rare occasions we may be gone at a conference and there may be a lapse during which no one is checking messages. The animal care-givers are usually too busy to be doing this.
If you have an urgent matter or a farm animal emergency you can try us on our cell phones BUT if you have a wildlife-related emergency see this page. Keep in mind that cellphones don’t work anywhere near the sanctuary, so if you don’t get us on the cellphone don’t assume that we’ll receive your message unless you’ve been told that we’re out of town and within cell phone range.
