Animal Caregiver
Join the team! Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary is looking to hire a full-time, long term, committed animal caregiver. Duties include care and feeding of animals, administering treatments and medications, barn cleaning, and working with volunteers.
The job is physically demanding and will put you outdoors in all sorts of weather. You’ll be swinging 50 pound straw bales and bags of feed. Reliability and attention to detail is essential — the well-being of 200 lives depends upon you. Must be willing to work some weekends and live (or be willing to move) within commuting distance of zip 12495. Valid driver’s license req.
Starting salary is $11/hour, possibly more with experience. 75% of health insurance covered after 3 months. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year. No moving allowance is available.
