Stanley

Stan cooling off in the mud!

Stanley came to us in October of 2010 as a tiny, 13 lb piglet. A kind-hearted woman spotted him running down a busy two-lane road at night as she was driving by. There was no home in sight and she, with the help of her kids, managed to rescue him the next day. They then contacted us to see if we could give Stanley a home and the rest is history.

pig-buttonStanley is no longer a piglet and you may recognize him as the big guy relaxing in the mud with two very tiny tusks showing. Stanley thrives on affection from his pig and human friends.  He rolls over readily for belly rubs while relaxing all day long!

If Stanley knows he can count on you for a rub or a treat and you shout his name, he’ll come bounding happily across the field to say hello.
