The June Chicks

Tuesday, July 19, 2011

We know little about where these guys came from originally but they were dumped at NYC’s Animal Care & Control (the “pound”) with the comment “end of school year, animals no longer needed” — and so it’s a safe guess they were part of a school egg-hatching project. What is certain is that they’re cute as heck and they love to sit on your lap and bury their heads in the crook of your arm. We’ve named them Poppy and Ziggy.
