Click to see 2010 coverage Due to the HUGE success of the previous 5 years, our sixth annual ThanksLiving Banquet is gearing up to hit on Sunday, October 16th, 2011. Our always-sold-out celebration features 250 people enjoying an elegant meal in a heated tent in our goat pasture. Holding the event in October keeps us from freezing in the tent and is the PERFECT time to take full advantage of the gorgeous leaves and warmer weather. We are surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains. We’re thrilled to announce that Terry Hope Romero will be our master chef this year at ThanksLiving! Terry is one of the top-selling vegan cookbook authors in the country and we are so thrilled that she is taking time out to volunteer as our chief chef for this year’s ThanksLiving. She’ll be selling and signing her cookbooks at the farm that day. The Regal Vegan and Blossom Restaurant are providing the hors d’eourves and Vegan Treats is providing the scrumptious, ok-now-I-can-die-happy desserts again this year (thank you Danielle!). Frey Wine is our wine donor too! Rick Altman Trio The jazz groovin’ Rick Altman Trio will delight the senses not stimulated by all of the above. Tickets range from $100 for standard seating to $150 for VIP seating, which includes reserved tables and special goodies. Buy them here. The farm opens at noon, and the tent opens at 1pm.
