WFAS is located in the hamlet of Willow, 7 miles beyond downtown Woodstock. Adirondack Trailways buses (800-858-8555) leave from Port Authority in NYC and will drop you off right on the corner off the farm. YOU MUST BUY A TICKET TO WILLOW IF YOU WANT TO BE LET OUT AT THE FARM.

The fare is about $27 each way, and once you arrive in Woodstock tell the bus driver you wish to be let off at the intersection of the auto garage in Willow, 1/2 a mile past the white church. The farm’s pastures are located behind the garage. The entrance is 35 Van Wagner, second driveway on the left.

We do not recommend buying tickets online as there is no option for Willow. There are two Trailways ticket offices in the Port Authority — one in the South Wing at street level, and one in the North Wing at the subway level. Buses generally leave from gate 34 or 36, which are at the lowest level in the South Wing.

Allow extra time to purchase your ticket if departing at peak times.
