Wildlife Emergencies

We’re not licensed to handle wildlife.  See below for a list of contact numbers.

The most common calls are:

“A baby bird fell out of its nest, what do I do?”

Put it back, or put it as close as you can to the nest, the momma will know what to do

“A baby deer is lying in the grass all alone”

This is normal.  Momma deer go away during the day and come back at dusk to nurse.  Unless you’ve seen a dead dear nearby or have reason to believe the momma is not returning you should leave the baby alone, and protect her from dogs.
