June Jamboree 2019

Join us Saturday, June 22, 2019, from 10:30AM – 4PM (rain or shine) for our annual summer festival!

Ralphie greets some Jamboree visitors

Award-winning veggie food trucks and booths, amazing guest speakers, and vegan- and animal-themed tattoos done on-site by the artists from Gristle Tattoo in Brooklyn!

Plus, a bouncy castle and waterslide for kids to enjoy! Spend the day with family and friends and meet 380 rescued cows, pigs, goats, turkeys and more!

We’re thrilled to welcome Zero to Go, our local education-based waste management company, to the event this year to help us be as low-waste as possible. You can join us in supporting this effort with an extra $1 donation at checkout!

Your participation directly benefits our rescue, shelter and outreach work for farmed animals.

Great news! We are doing a canned food drive at this event for Chilis on Wheels, who make veganism accessible to communities in need through services such as meal shares, food demos, clothing drives, and mentorship. Please consider bringing along these most-needed items to get $1 off your door ticket purchase or at our Visitor Center/Mootique!

*Note: there will be no regular Sanctuary tours on the event date, but there will be opportunities to interact with the animals, learn their stories, and ask questions of our knowledgeable humane educators and volunteers.

*We love dogs, but please leave your pup at home for this event – dogs are not allowed on Sanctuary property for the health and safety of our rescued animal residents (Registered service dogs are always allowed)
