Please read the following carefully before purchasing your ticket: 

• Tour tickets are very limited. Walk-in space on tours is not guaranteed and we often sell out in advance. Please purchase a ticket for every member of your party ahead of time and include names of each person attending in the space provided on the form.

• We recommend that those with children come to our 10am kid-friendly tour.

• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different date. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Late arrivals will join the tour already in progress. 

• Tours will be held rain or shine, unless weather conditions are dangerous. Please include your cell phone number on the ticketing form so we can contact you regarding weather alerts or tour cancellations.
