Olive

In 2011, Olive was spotted running along Route 28 near Woodstock, New York. She was reported to the police and SPCA, who called us to step in once they brought her to a safe place. It turns out that Olive had a knack for escaping places – the original person who rescued her said they took Olive in because she was the runt of a litter, but she liked to escape this person’s place often.

We gladly brought Olive to Woodstock Sanctuary. Olive has become the queen of the pigs – she is loved by many, and her big ears and even bigger personality make her hard to forget. Olive shares a space with Stanley, but she makes the rules. She also loves cherry popsicles and belly rubs.
