Suzanne

In December 2018, we received a call about a horrific hoarding case. Two sweet sheep, siblings who we came to call Suzanne and Gray, were amongst the animals rescued that day. When they arrived at Woodstock Farm Sanctuary, they were quite shy and did not trust humans – we can’t blame them after all they went through! Over the following months, their personalities began to blossom in their time with us.

Suzanne is still a bit more reserved than her brother Gray, but they are both super bonded with the sheep herd and have grown up to be bold, loving sheep. They are both easily recognized by their distinct wool and markings. Gray sticks close with his pal Ethan, while Suzanne can often be found hanging out with her friends Dorothy Jo and Jolene. She still checks in on her brother though! They have been through so much together.
