Tai

In January of 2021, Woodstock Farm Sanctuary responded to a severe neglect case at a farm near Albany. When we arrived, we found dozens of animals locked in small, freezing sheds with no access to water. Tai was rescued with more than 50 others, including two of her turkey friends, Cher and Dionne.

Tai is easily recognized by her distinct blue eye. She is social, outgoing, and very sweet. Tai loves to greet anyone who comes by, often climbing onto caregiver’s laps. She enjoys her days alongside her best friends Cher and Dionne. In 2026, this trio was joined by a bold, talkative turkey named Zillah. So far, the girls have really made him feel welcome in their little flock.
