Blossom

Sweet little Blossom arrived in spring of 2026. This tiny hen was found along the side of the road in the bitter winter cold. Our friends at Rockland Wildlife Rescue & Rehab thankfully saved her. For a couple months, they provided her with veterinary care and helped her to gain some healthy weight, but they knew she needed to be around other chickens. When they reached out to us, we knew we had to say yes!

We're so happy she can now socialize and make friends here in sanctuary. She is really settling in and enjoys climbing onto team members laps, requesting a cuddle! She was so excited to join a flock of fellow rescued chickens and is very fond of her friend Celeste.
