This bonded duo previously lived at a sanctuary located in Virginia that suddenly closed down. They needed to find new homes for all their animals right away and we wanted to help.

Bonnie was only a few months old when she was dumped on Jones Beach on Long Island. Someone had abused her then abandoned her there.

In June 2026, we learned about sweet little Hobbes, and we knew we had to help him right away. This baby goat had been rejected by his mother at a farm.

Early in the morning of Oct 29th, Evie was attacked by a bear. Her human companion interrupted the attack, saving Evie’s life, but she was left with several wounds.

On May 5th, 2025, sweet Peach gave birth to a healthy baby boy, who we named James!

In late March 2025, we learned of a small pregnant goat in great need. She had been intentionally hit by a car while walking along a rural road.

In the late summer of 2023, we learned about a sweet senior Boer goat who had been living alone for some time.

Bruce was raised as a 4H goat. 4H animals are typically auctioned off for slaughter—but the girl who raised Bruce became attached to him and did not want him to die.

In November of 2022, we had the opportunity to help some really special goats.

In December of 2021, Woodstock Sanctuary rescued 29 animals from a neglected farm in Pennsylvania.

In December of 2021, we were notified about a very young goat in Virginia who was born with severely bent front legs.

Pia and her twin brother Zia were born on a small farm in New York.
